Shahnaz Siraj is the Chairman at Azna & Azna Limited. Currently, she also holds the position of Vice Chairman in SR Group. She has been holding the position of Managing Director in other different organizations such as Shahnaz Filling Station & Services Centre Ltd., S R Accessories Ltd., S R Highway Services Ltd. and S R Chemical Industries Ltd and the Director of Food Village Ltd. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with specialization in corporate law and business advisory. Her abroad tour covers countries such as US, UK, Japan, India, Singapore and Thailand.
Golam Murshed

Golam Murshed started his business carrier way back in 1980, as an exporter of non-traditional items like live frogs & crabs and chilled fishes representing a private limited company, Radiant Traders Ltd., as the Managing Director and the major shareholder. Then he took up a new venture and set up an export-oriented garments factory named ‘The Yolk Garments Ltd’ and became one of the few pioneers in the history of garments industry in Bangladesh. He Completed his Master’s in Business Management in 1980 from DU (Dhaka University), Dhaka, Bangladesh. Mr. Murshed is also a great patron of art and culture. He himself is an acclaimed lyricist in the country. His memorable lyrics have touched the hearts of many from the 70s for which he has even been blessed with a few awards.

Asif Rabbani is of the Director member of Azna & Azna. He is the founder and Managing Director of Garlic ‘n Ginger restaurant and SR Hospitality Ltd., a franchise of The Great Kabab Factory. He has been the Director of Food Village Ltd. since July, 1998. He found many companies like Food Village Plus Ltd., Unique Infoway Ltd., Onetel Communications Ltd., Onenet Communications Ltd.,
AR Accessories Ltd., SR/Shahnaz CNG Ltd., and SR Parcel Service Ltd., and has been the Managing Director of these companies since inception. He completed Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Software Engineering with business studies from University of Birmingham, UK. He completed his Masters of Engineering in Electronics and Software Engineering from Birmingham University. He also holds Chartered Engineering from the same University.
Tabinda Binte Murshed

Tabinda Binte Murshed is the youngest Director of Azna & Azna. Tabinda attended UWC in Hong Kong and completed her IB from Exeter College, UK. She then went on to graduate from New York University with a distinction in Economics. She then did an MSc in Economics and Business from University of Groningen, The Netherlands. During her time in America she worked as a paid intern at Focus Financial Partners, analysing the Asia-Pacific Asset Management Market. She then went on to work for BRAC(the biggest NGO in the world) full time after her masters, as the team leader for both the finance and business associate teams. Tabinda brings both knowledge and experience having worked in various international companies. When that is paired with her innovative ideas and incredible work ethic she makes for a great asset to the company.
